Our client is an established, friendly business based on one of the business parks in Huntingdon and due to an increase in workload they are now looking for someone to join their small finance team, working closely with the Accountant. Working onsite 25 hours a week, ideally across 5 days, the hours that will be worked are subject to mutual agreement and duties will include
- Purchase ledger processing
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to gain authorisation and resolve any queries
- Company credit card and expenses processing
- Credit control
- Setting up customer credit accounts
- Ensuring credit insurance levels are kept up to date
- Assisting Accountant with month end duties
The ideal candidate will be part or fully AAT qualified and will have experience in a similar role. A good working knowledge of Excel is essential as is experience working with SAP.The position will suit someone who is used to working in a small company and enjoys getting involved in a variety of tasks.
