Machine Operator
35,900 plus benefits package and overtime at higher rates
Working for a clean, ambient andfully automated manufacturing facility in the Huntingdon area, your role of Production Machine Operator will be to work
within the manufacturing production team on a day-to-day basis, championing their standards and values and participating in all aspects of the manufacture, machine operating and general production work to make high quality products. This is a permanent position.
Duties for The Machine Operator:
- Knowledge of volume manufacturing processes gained in a factory environment
- Running and operating machinery
- Managing quality systems and outputs
- Tightquality control over material usage and wastage
- Knowledge of working to production targets and priorities
Skills required for The Machine Operator:
- Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving, able to develop and implement creative and inventive solutions to problems
- High level of personal ownership of tasks to completion, with a willingness to "go the extra mile"
- Reliable, honest, trustworthy, team-player, with a willingness to offer support and assistance to colleagues and the team
Hours of work for the Machine Operator:
3 shift Rotation system
- LatesMonday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
- EarliesMonday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm
- NightsSunday to Thursday / 10pm to 6am
