Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Quality Control (QC) Team Leader to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of QC analysts, setting objectives and monitoring performance to ensure the delivery of key targets.

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to develop the team’s competencies and productivity.

  • Ensure inspection readiness and support regulatory audits and inspections.

  • Oversee laboratory investigations, including error management and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QC leadership within a pharmaceutical environment.

  • Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, PXRD, and DSC.

  • Experience in method validation and transfer principles.
