Are you an experienced monitoring, evaluation and insights specialist looking for a new challenge? If so, it’s an exciting time to join Woodgreen Pet Charity's Specialist Services team and help us evidence the impact of our innovative projects.

We are seeking an influential specialist to support colleagues across our organisation to embed our monitoring and evaluation processes.

A key part of this role will involve leading the organisation to ensure that we develop robust and effective ways to measure and evaluate the impact of our activities and services. You will be responsible for developing an understanding of our organisational needs to ensure that we understand the impact of our performance against our organisational strategy. As a senior member of our Specialist Services team, you will provide guidance to teams across the charity at all levels about monitoring and evaluation frameworks, indicators and methodologies, in order to deliver important insights about our work.

To be successful in this role you should have;

  • A qualification or equivalent substantial experience of the application of monitoring and evaluation methodologies, and the interpretation of findings
  • Substantial understanding of financial management and productivity measures
  • Substantial data analytic skills, including experience with data analysis programmes
  • Confident, engaging, clear communication skills with the ability to successfully convey complex information
  • The ability to lead, motivate and support diverse projects with a range of different participants
  • An ambitious and enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills

This is a full time, permanent hybrid role, requiring the ability to work flexibly on occasion. In addition to a starting salary of £44,401 - £54,269 per annum, depending on experience, we can offer you;
