My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for someone within their Customer Service team on a Full Time temporary basis.

Looking for candidates who are available to start immediately and must have similar experience to be considered!聽

Hours - 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch

Salary 拢12.80 per hour


Main responsibilities:


路 To develop, manage and influence existing customer relationships

路 Provide a high level of service and achieve customer satisfaction

路 Act as the customers representative within the Company by managing and influencing internal relationships with all other Departments

路 Maximise opportunities and meet commitments to the customers

路 Undertake daily reactive/proactive inbound/outbound customer communication and liaison, via the phone, e-mail and face-to-face (when required on occasion)

路 Manage the sales order process from enquiry through to order and delivery -including but not limited to sales order processing, order monitoring/progressing and undertaking all necessary external/internal liaison

路 Efficiently handle all stages of business administration function

路 Secure sales and opportunities for the company via upselling

路 Manage the customer concern/complaints process

路 Promote, support, sponsor and participate in Company service initiatives.


You will have experience in:


路 Customer service, preferably within Manufacturing or B2B environment

路 Verbal and written communication skills

路 Able to achieve consistent customer service excellence irrespective of situation

路 Ability to maintain existing external relationships with key contacts and demonstrate influential use of the same.

路 Ability to create excellent working relationships with key contacts and maximise through identifying and using strategic influencing techniques

路 Ability to build internal relationships in a team environment.

路 Ability to thrive on pressure, self-manage all day-to-day activity and push procedure boundary to achieve success

路 Ability to help facilitate change and identifies areas for improvement

路 Commercial ability - able to create and secure sales whilst maximising added-value

路 Proficient MS Office skills and experience of ERP systems
