Responsibilities as an HGV Class 2 (Cat C) ADR driver
- Delivering products to customers.
- Assisting with the preparation of loads including picking, checking and loading ensuring it has been picked and loaded completely and accurately.
- You will take responsibility for the safety of your load and the condition of your vehicle including cleaning.
- Helping to ensure that properties and vehicles, including forklifts, are properly maintained and comply with legislative requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements of the HGV Class 2 (Cat C) ADR driver
- Qualifications
- Full ADR
- Driving License (Cat C) - No less than 1 year
- Forklift(desirable)
- Drivers CPC
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual lifting tasks using a practical, common sense approach
- Knowledge of the delivery area and customers
- Enthusiasm, energy, self-discipline, helpfulness, accuracy and commitment
- Mon - Fri
Day to day of an HGV Class 2 (Cat C) ADR driver
General duties such as loading/unloading of vehicles, warehouse duties, general maintenance and administration as necessary. You will take responsibility for ensuring that customer deliveries are complete, accurate and delivered securely to the customer’s delivery address
