Youas theChef de Partiewill have/be
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant.
- Excellentcommunicationskills.
- A naturalcalmnessand work well under pressure.
- Experiencein running multiple sections.
- Experienced on a grill section.
- Organised and on top of cleanliness and hygiene.
- A flexible approach and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Consistent and accurate with Meat Temperatures.
- Can react and adapt to challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.

The reason for this, is that ourChefde Partiewill be responsible for:
- Running your ownsectionwithin the kitchen.
- Assisting Senior Chefs throughoutservice.
- FoodPreparation/ mise-en-place.
- Motivating, mentoring and training junior Chefs.
- Stock ControlandOrderingfor your section.
