Marketing Manager

Cambridgeshire - St Ives

Are you a Marketing Manager during the week who enjoys spending weekends on the golf course? This is your opportunity to become marketing manager for the world's number 1 golfing apparel brand!!!

As Marketing Manager, you'll be overseeing marketing initiatives and brand communications across the UK region. Working with brand managers and the wider marketing teams you'll implement strategies in areas such as advertising, promotions, public relations, trade and point-of-sale (POS) marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC) storytelling, and social media.

Day to Day you'll:

  • Collaborate with global and European marketing teams to develop and implement advertising and promotions strategies.
  • Manage UK advertising investments, ensuring ROI evaluation consistency and guiding regional marketing managers on budgets and plans.
  • Determine the best communication channels to reach target golfers, developing UK-specific content and campaigns as needed.
  • Manage consumer-facing aspects of the Direct-to-Consumer business in the UK, ensuring consistent storytelling in collaboration with global and local DTC teams.
  • Develop and oversee point-of-sale materials and merchandising kits for the EMEA region.

You:

  • Team management experience (this role will manage 3 marketers)
  • An interest and passion for Golf
  • Previous experience working within the marketing team of a premium consumer / FMCG brand.
