Experience in the motor trade is essential and you must show the ability to work on your own initiative and be capable of operating in a fast-paced sales environment.The successful candidate must have a track record of maximising profit per unit in both car and add-on sales.The package on offer includes a good basic and the OTE is an achievable £60000 plus car, pension etc. Please note: A full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL. You must be willing to work at weekends.
