Experienced Safeguarding and Pastoral Lead required for a specialist education school in the SG8 area of Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide support to Childrens and Adult Services.

Client Details

A specialist education school based in the SG8 area of Cambridgeshire. The school are lucky to have a comprehensive specialist and therapy team which allows them to provide a specialist provision to children aged 6-19 and adults 19-30.

Description

* Develop and improve individual and site practice around behaviours and safeguarding

* Policy implementation

* Implement attendance policy

* Communication extensively with Carers, Parents, Employees, Local Authority and external agencies

* Work as part of the wider team

Profile

* DSL Training or experience as a DSL

* Level 3 in Health and Social Care

* Leadership in a residential setting - children or adults

* Experience managing complex scenarios

* Understanding of OFSTED and CQC Inspections
