This is the role for you The business are built on a strong foundation within motorsport and they have a fantastic reputation within this sector for the quality of their work and quick turnaround of parts.
They are looking for an experienced supervisor from a CNC milling machining background to lead a small but highly skilled milling department. You will need to be an ex machinist so you have a strong understanding of the processes involved with CNC milling. On the supervisory side you will need a couple of years experience as a supervisor or team leader. You will be delegating work, carrying out appraisals, ensure the quality standards are being met and looking into any training requirements.
Experience you need;
- Experienced CNC Miller, 5 axis experience preferred
- Supervisory experience
- Ideally Haas, Fanuc or Siemens controls, but others would be considered
- Work from technical drawings
The business are an established sub contract manufacturer who have gone through a re-vamp in recent years that have earnt themselves a great reputation within the industries they supply into. As a business they have some ambitious growth plans lead by a team of senior managers with which this position will play a key role in.
