The position is for a Repairs Manager located in Cambridgeshire on a contract basis for 3 months, starting ASAP.
Candidates should have proven experience in health and safety related to property maintenance, holding an IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent.
Experience in managing high volume residential repairs and property maintenance contracts with strong KPI results is essential.
Knowledge of disrepair, damp, mould, and condensation is advantageous, and candidates must have a full valid driving license.
The role requires a minimum of 4 days in the office/on-site and offers a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate.
