What We’re Looking For
- Strong design background—you’ll ensure architectural excellence, user-focused solutions, and alignment with NHS Hospital 2.0 standards.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale construction programmes, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- Strategic and commercial leadership, with expertise in procurement, governance, and risk management.
- Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies.
Main Duties of the Job
- Lead the design and construction elements of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme (HHRP).
- Drive procurement strategies, ensuring best value for money.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge digital and sustainable design.
- Build and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with NHS and government regulations.
