Health and Safety Manager



This key role needs a collaborative candidate with a coaching mindset and a desire to build relationships across all cross-functional departments to ensure each division complies with H&S.



This company designs and manufactures high-tech products used across multiple high-tech engineering industries. You will lead the Health and Safety programs and implement new procedures where needed.



They are currently restructuring the basics to build a long-term H&S structure in which everyone is involved, and managers know the action plans for any given scenario.



We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment. Your ability to build relationships and positively influence stakeholders will be key in this role.



As the Health and Safety Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Director. Together, you will work to create a system that ensures the safety and well-being of everyone in the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Health and Safety programs.
  • Implement and update Health and Safety procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure all divisions comply with Health and Safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to create an effective Health and Safety system.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and positively influence stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification in Health and Safety.
