My client is a small business dedicated to reducing stress in the workplace, increasing productivity and heightening energy levels and they are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis and work closely with the inspiring Business owner.

They run engaging, practical workshops that help organisations identify, prevent, and reduce stress in the workplace. By creating healthier work environments, they enable our clients to boost productivity and enhance employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops focused on stress management, workplace wellness, and productivity enhancement.
  • Develop and refine learning materials to ensure they align with the needs of our clients and support long-term behavioural change.
  • Facilitate public speaking engagements with confidence, adapting your approach to a range of audiences.
  • Provide ongoing support and development to clients through monthly reviews and peer support initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure training programs are effective, innovative, and continuously improved.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, particularly in training delivery, facilitation, and public speaking.
  • Ability to engage and inspire participants, promoting interactive learning and meaningful discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others develop and grow.

Desirable:

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
