Are you the right person for the job?
- Qualified Solicitor with a Practising Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Probate Law
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients
- Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to following office procedures
- A positive, proactive attitude towards client care and business development
What will your role look like?
- Provide expert legal advice to clients in areas such as Wills, Trusts, and Probate
- Assist in business development to grow our Wills, Trusts, and Probate practice
- Manage client communications, ensuring high standards of client care
- Ensure matters are brought to a timely and satisfactory conclusion
- Meet billing targets and contribute to the firm's financial health
- Actively market yourself and the firm to attract and retain clients
- Work individually and as part of a collaborative team
- Stay updated on changes in law and practice, attending training as necessary
