Are you fluent in German and English? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a Bilingual German/English Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team. You’ll play a key role in managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service and seamless communication. What You’ll Be Doing:? Project Management: Oversee customised product orders from concept to delivery.? Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth proof approvals and timely updates.? Design Collaboration: Work closely with our Design Team to develop personalised products that meet client expectations.? Team Coordination: Support the Customer Service Management team to ensure efficient project execution. What We’re Looking For:?? Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).?? 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).?? Strong communication and organisational skills.?? Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively. What We Offer:? Hybrid Working: Work from home 2 days a week after training.?
