Our client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their team in Huntingdon.  They pride themselves on their customer service excellence, and you will be a natural at making the customer feel understood and nurtured.  

Based at their head office, you would be joining an expanding team and be at the heart of aftersales for a highly reputable car business.  Your role would be to handle customer queries relating to vehicle repairs and servicing. 

This role pays up to £22,000 and you will earn commission and bonuses on top on your monthly salary, set against performance targets.

Working hours: Mon - Fri - 8:00 to 17:00 & 9:00 to 18:00.

  • You will be the first point of contact within our customer aftersales journey
  • Achieve set realistic targets for call volumes through both inbound calls and outbound prospecting
  • Use internal systems to be able to accurately advise maintenance items due, as duty of care to our customers
  • Manage time productively to be able to answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
  • Ensuring data capture is completed from customers to maintain accuracy of their details and in line with GDPR

To be suitable for the role, you will need the following:

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
