We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and directing them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Providing information and resolving customer queries.
- Assisting customers with product purchases and order placement.
- Managing email correspondence and liaising with the sales team and other departments.
- Handling complaints, returns, and exchanges with empathy and efficiency.
- Processing payments, chasing outstanding balances, and setting up new customer accounts.
- Accurately entering customer information into our database.
- Ensuring every customer's experience is a positive one.
