Customer Service Administrator Required!

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing feedback, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining customer records.

Fully Office Based.

Package:

  • Company pension scheme
  • Salary £25,000 - £25,500

  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays
  • 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Customer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Sales & Estimating teams
  • Progressing quotations
  • Ensure Website orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Contact customers, advising order delivery times and/or delays
  • Responding to enquries via phone and email
  • Updating customer records in our Sage database

Customer Service Administrator - Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a sales office or customer service environment
  • A confident and clear telephone manner
  • An effective communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
  • Very good at record keeping, updating notes and our contact system
