Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound customer calls professionally

- Ensure the computer system is consistently updated
- A solid working knowledge of MS Office

- Training: 2-4 weeks of full-time onsite training required in Alconbury before working remotely.
- Location: After training, you will work remotely from home. Own transport is essential for the training period in Alconbury, Cambridgeshire (easily accessible from both Peterborough and Huntingdon)
