Customer Service Advisor

Office Based - Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends)

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their valued and loyal customers. Your role will involve booking services and handling enquiries; providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell their products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records..

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service – can be form any transferable sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle calls with professionalism and patience.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
