What Youll Be Doing:
  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle queries and complaints with professionalism while proactively calling customers to discuss their requirements and identify new opportunities.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics companies to arrange deliveries/collections, negotiate competitive transport rates, and manage all related paperwork, including fuel surcharge rates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and uncover growth potential.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports for customers, manage HMRC documentation, and ensure compliance with audit/ISO procedures.
  • Data Management: Update customer FX rates and maintain accurate records to support smooth operations.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
What Were Looking For:
  • Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (preferred).
  • Experience: Familiarity with Sage 200c is advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skills: A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
