- Project Management: Coordinate the development of customised products, overseeing each phase from initial concept to final print.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with the Design Team to create personalised designs based on client requirements.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for proof approvals and ensure all project materials are promptly forwarded to production.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Consistently adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards in all customer service processes.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image at all times.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and clients.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Support other areas of the business when required.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by management.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
