- Project Management: Oversee the development of customised products from initial concept to final print, ensuring all stages run smoothly and on time.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to create personalised designs that meet client specifications.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for proof approvals, keeping clients informed and forwarding materials promptly to production.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Service Management team to drive efficient project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Uphold excellence in all customer service processes.
- Represent the company professionally, promoting a positive and reliable image.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Support other business areas as needed and take on additional tasks as directed by management.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
