Job Title: German/English Speaking Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Huntingdon Area (Hybrid: Onsite Training, then 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)Position Overview:An opportunity is available for Bilingual German/English speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality, customised products to their clients. This role is responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for each client and maintaining timely, professional service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate the development of customised products, overseeing each phase from initial concept to final print.
  • Design Collaboration: Partner with the Design Team to create personalised designs based on client requirements.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for proof approvals and ensure all project materials are promptly forwarded to production.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the Customer Service Management team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Consistently adhere to Health and Safety protocols.
  • Maintain high standards in all customer service processes.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and promote a positive image at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and clients.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support other areas of the business when required.
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
