Retail Sales Manager

£35,000 per annum with an OTE of £55,000

Huntingdon

Out client based in Huntingdon is looking for an experience Retail Manager to join its team.  This is an automotive business, where you will manage a team by leading in a positive and objective way.

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the management team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by examples with every customer interaction
  • Ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team
  • Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
  • Manage and analyse all data to make swift and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately, delivering the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
  • Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees.  

To be suitable for this role, you must:

  • Have previous experience in a retail management position, having managed employees
  • Have an interest in a passion for the automotive industry is preferred.
  • First-class communication skills with customer-facing experience in prior roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence is required so you can drive manual and automative.
