Retail Sales Manager
£35,000 per annum with an OTE of £55,000

Out client based in Huntingdon is looking for an experience Retail Manager to join its team. This is an automotive business, where you will manage a team by leading in a positive and objective way.
As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be an integral member of the management team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by examples with every customer interaction
- Ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team
- Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
- Manage and analyse all data to make swift and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately, delivering the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
- Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees.
To be suitable for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience in a retail management position, having managed employees
- Have an interest in a passion for the automotive industry is preferred.
- First-class communication skills with customer-facing experience in prior roles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence is required so you can drive manual and automative.
