This isn't your average role. You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring the smooth running of label and packaging processes, warehouse activities, and specialty product dispatch. You'll be an expert in your field, guiding others, driving performance, and setting the standard for safety, quality, and compliance.

Based in a cleanroom environment, you will be required to follow GXP.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that make a real difference.
  • Being audit-ready at all times, supporting key tours and inspections.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical and/or GMP/GDP regulated industries.
  • Previous labelling, packaging, and warehouse operations, ideally with serialisation and aggregation knowledge, preferred.
  • Confident using MS packages and adept at multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Mechanical handling licences (e.g. forklift, pallet trucks) are a bonus but not essential.
  • Someone ready to roll up their sleeves, gown up for a cleanroom environment, and ensure every task is performed to the highest standard.

Why You'll Love It:

  • A supportive and collaborative team that celebrates success and values expertise.
  • A chance to play a key role in an organisation committed to quality and excellence.
  • Opportunities for career progression-whether you're eyeing a Team Leader role or dreaming of becoming an Area Manager.

The Future is Yours:We're not just looking for someone to fill a role. We're seeking a future leader. With the right drive and dedication, you'll have access to clear pathways for growth and development.

What can you expect in return?:

  • Salary in the region of £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
