Tradewind is partnering with a primary school in St Ives, Cambridgeshire to find a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant for a long-term role. The school prioritises enjoyable experiences, good manners, and positive behaviour, fostering resilience and confidence in students. The friendly, welcoming team of staff, who genuinely care for children, work to build strong, trusting relationships with parents and the community.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with staff, plan, and engage in professional development.
  • Assist with foundational skills and learning.
  • Ensure a safe, engaging environment with the lead teacher.
  • Provide tailored support for diverse learning needs.
  • Track and report student progress.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents on progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Possessing a Level 3 Qualification
  • Knowledgeable about the EYFS Curriculum
  • Passionate about sparking curiosity in young learners
  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in dynamic classrooms
  • Proficient in collaborative teamwork
  • Skilled in safeguarding procedures
