About the Role:Following a major site expansion, we're seeking a Multiskilled Shift Engineer to join our team at a market-leading UK manufacturer of premium construction solutions. You'll work within a team of six engineers, maintaining and improving cutting-edge production facilities that supply innovative products to projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across automated production systems

  • Lead planned maintenance activities to optimise equipment performance

  • Provide rapid breakdown response to minimise production downtime

  • Support improvement projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities

  • Install and commission new equipment as part of ongoing site development

  • Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and quality standards

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

  • Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

  • Proven experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance

  • Strong electrical skills with mechanical competency

  • Experience with PLCs and automated systems (advantageous)
