Are you an experienced Electronics Repairs Technician, able to work on your own initiative and pride yourself on excellent customer service?

On a day to day basis, you will be troubleshooting issues as well as working closely with clients to understand their issues. With strong technical skills you will:

Perform repairs on various consumer electronic equipment
Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems with equipment
Use a Ticket System to communicate with customers
Replace faulty parts & components
Manage stock levels

What do we need from you?:

Ideally, HNC/HND in electronics or NVQ level 3 in Electronics OR relevant work experience
Fault Finding, ideally to component level
Soldering skills, ideally to surface mount level
Use of test equipment such as oscilloscopes & multimeters
Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary is in the region of £27,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience with flexible working available.
