Job OverviewWe are seeking reliable Factory Workers to join our client's team. The ideal candidates will contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role requires a strong work ethic with the ability to work both in an open factory environment and outdoors.
Duties
- Operate machinery and use equipment safely to move product around the factory.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations especially around manual handling.
- Collaborate with team members
- Participate in training sessions
Experience
- Previous experience of working in and out-doors
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Experienced in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a factory setting is advantageous.
