Description
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support business decision making.
- Develop financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyse financial data and create financial strategies for decision support.
- Improve financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, and identifying trends.
- Coordinate with various teams to review financial information and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend actions by analysing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Understanding of the Business Services industry and its financial aspects.
