They are now looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their permanent team. This is a rare chance to join a company who are going through a period of continued expansion & who like to progress their employees alongside offering internal & external training & development opportunities.This role will be a varied and interesting role for an Accounts Supervisor and as such you will be involved in the whole accounts process. Duties will include accounts receivable and payable, credit control / missed payments, Payroll and day to day financials. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be familiar with all accounting procedures and be able to manage daily financial transactions end-to-end, and ideally, have previous experience supervising a small team.This role would suit an Accounts Supervisor who is capable of leading a small team, to work with a well-established successful company who have a great reputation in their industry, alongside being a fantastic place to work for their dedicated and passionate employees.The Role:

  • Monitor processing of sales invoices, purchase invoices and payments
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  • Reconcile financial statements, payment reminders, credit control
  • Identify and address discrepancies, reporting, internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Expenses, Timesheets, Payroll

The person:

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator
  • Good knowledge of all bookkeeping procedures with experience with Sage 50 accounting software & advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports & ability to accurately process numerical data
  • Team management and negotiation skills
