Finance Manager

The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing business based in Huntingdon, who are going through some exciting growth plans and in view of this are looking to recruit and commercially minded Accountant to act as a Finance Manager.Working from the Huntingdon head office, this role will look after the ledgers in the group and duties will includeAccounts Payable - input, matching to POs, gaining authorisation and handling queries Statement reconciliations Setting up monthly payment runs Sales Ledger - Creating invoices and posting cash to ledger Updating cashflow Month end close Bank reconciliations Ad hoc duties The successful candidate will have proven experience in accounts payable and receivable and will have experience working with Xero. Management experience isn't essential but some supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous.Ideally part-qualified AAT, this role requires a keen eye to detail and the ability to multitask. For the right candidate, study support will be offered so that you can complete the remainder of your professional qualification.Experience working in the manufacturing sector would be ideal but is not essential but you must be comfortable working with Excel. The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience.This is a fully site-based role, therefore you must comfortable travelling to Huntingdon 5 days a week.Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
