Description
- Oversee the financial operations of the company and its affiliates
- Manage the preparation of all financial reports
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory authorities
- Supervise investment and cash management strategies
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
- Perform risk management and establish internal control mechanisms
- Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the management level
