- Complete finance-related tasks and assist the team in executing financial processes accurately and on time.
- Compare sales and purchase ledger accounts and set up import files for accurate data transfer.
- Review and set up cost centres to categorise expenses and financial activities properly.
- Review supplier lists, credit card information, and other financial data for transfer. Advise suppliers and communicate via email, letter, or phone to ensure smooth transitions.
- Ensure all accreditations and insurances are up to date, including any necessary name changes.
- Review bank accounts for direct debits (DDs) and standing orders (SOs), ensuring correct transfers.
- Assess reporting requirements, business structure changes, and cost centre adjustments.
- Support contract novation, ensuring smooth transfer of obligations and rights.
- Aid in transferring suppliers to new accounts or systems.
- Assist with closing old accounts and transferring or archiving relevant details.
- Help combine or move items to new finance schedules, including deferred income and fixed assets.
- Significant ownership and responsibility from day one.
- Close collaboration with our CFO, FD, and the wider project team, including third-party consultants.
