You'll have a decent-sized team underneath you, so it's important that you've got the ability to lead and inspire.You'll oversee the sites standards, necessary compliance paperwork is managed whilst also getting involved with a lot of project work. So there will be plenty to keep you busy!You'll be reporting into a Hygiene Manager who will be able to teach you all there is to know. The site itself is a good size and has an impressive mix of customers.What will you need?
- Experience as a hygiene manager/team leader/supervisor within food/fmcg manufacturing (flexible with category)
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the hygiene function
- Proactive, problem-solving nature
