Salary £30-35k pa.
Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations, leading and motivating a team of managers and supervisors that manage a multisite portfolio. Looking after a portfolio of commercial sites in the greater Peterborough area. Ensure we operate consistently within Company policy and budgetary constraints, ensuring our services meet and go beyond customer expectations by making best use of the resources available to you. With a key factor being understanding, managing and improving your regions profitability and financial growth.
Fantastic opportunities for growth and development, we are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal and team managent skills, who enjoys building relationships and leading by example. The ideal candidate will have 3 years + team management experience managing the cleaning services across a portfolio of clients.
