Position Details:

  • Annual Salary: From £30,000 to £50,000 (OTE up to £52,000)
  • Driving Required: Yes
  • Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)

What You'll Do:As a Bodyshop MET Technician, you will:

  • Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles according to repair estimates and methods
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards
  • Supervise non-qualified technicians to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Advise on additional work needed while maintaining clear communication with the Bodyshop Team Leader
  • Ensure all parts are ordered correctly to avoid delays and return unused parts as needed
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and housekeeping standards

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in MET is essential
  • ATA accreditation is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
