Position Details:
- Role Title: Bodyshop MET Technician
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Annual Salary: From £30,000 to £50,000 (OTE up to £52,000)
- Driving Required: Yes
- Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)

What You'll Do:As a Bodyshop MET Technician, you will:
- Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles according to repair estimates and methods
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our high standards
- Supervise non-qualified technicians to maintain efficiency and quality
- Advise on additional work needed while maintaining clear communication with the Bodyshop Team Leader
- Ensure all parts are ordered correctly to avoid delays and return unused parts as needed
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and housekeeping standards
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in MET is essential
- ATA accreditation is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
