We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor Manager for a full-time, permanent role at an amazing school in Huntingdon. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in cover management, offering key opportunity to lead and organise daily cover for teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the school's cover requirements on a daily basis.
- Coordinate and allocate cover supervisors to appropriate classes.
- Ensure all lessons are adequately covered in the absence of teaching staff.
- Liaise with teaching staff and leadership to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
- Manage cover staff rotas and schedules efficiently.
- Provide support and guidance to cover supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cover Manager or similar role is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
