My client is a well-regarded international market leader.

Due to year-on-year growth, my client has decided to expand the finance function and seek a FP&A Analyst.

Responsible for managing forecasting and budgeting and analysing financial data for EIMEA trade bloc.

Duties:• Manages the EIMEA quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. • Develops and maintains forecast and budget templates. • Develops and maintains routine and ad-hoc reports for management that provide visibility of financial results and trends.• Analyses financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.• Prepares reporting and analysis of financial results related to the company's business and financial objectives. • Provides insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.• Frequently coordinates with cross-functional business partners and uses information and insights gained to recommend potential cost and operational efficiencies that maximise EBITDA.• Maximises productivity by automating reports, utilising financial systems and improving processes as appropriate.

Person Spec

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or CIMA). Self-driven and motivated towards continuous improvement, and proven ability to work with a vast range of individuals, as well as internal and external stakeholders is key.
