Responsibilities of the Hoist Erector include:
- Install a variation of products working in line with the company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure issues that are solved remain operational with minimum interruption of service.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations, addressing any client concerns professionally.
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to installations and report progress to management.
To be successful as the Hoist Erector:
- Experience in a similar installation role such as LEEA Inspector, Lifting Gear Engineer, LOLER Inspector, Hoist Erector or Hoist Engineer is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver's licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to installation work is advantageous.
