About the Role:

Igloo is looking to recruit a Parts Manager for our client in Wyton.

In this role, you'll lead the Parts team, ensuring that all parts are available when needed and that inventory is well managed to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of parts administrators and coordinators.
  • Manage parts inventory and ensure efficient stock control.
  • Improve and maintain inventory systems for quick access to parts.
  • Forecast parts needs and order as required.
  • Ensure proper receiving, labelling, and storage of parts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure parts are available for repairs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed.
  • Manage staff scheduling, holidays, and performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a logistics or parts environment.
  • Good knowledge of car parts and inventory systems.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
