- 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7 am - 7 pm)

Your Role: -Production Grape Trimmer Operative,Alconbury, Cambridgeshire PE28
- Work closely with the team to hit daily targets and deliver high-quality fruit to customers.
- Trim and prepare grapes at the right speed and ensure they're labelled, packed, and weighed accurately.
- Learn to spot quality defects and ensure top-notch products.
- Be flexible in switching tasks and help new starters as a Buddy once you're confident.
- Promote food safety and keep health and safety a top priority on the line.
