Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Manager located in Ermine Business Park. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company meets its legal requirements and achieves its objectives in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management. The role includes developing, implementing, and managing QHSE processes and procedures, conducting audits, and leading problem-solving activities to identify root cause, corrective, and preventive actions. The role also involves providing effective leadership and training to teams to ensure continuous improvement and effective performance

Qualifications

Skills in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health

Experience in accident investigation and training

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to present information effectively to all levels of the organization

Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001:2015)

Experience with risk assessments and hazard identification

Leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams

A degree in science, engineering, or related field is preferred, along with relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
