My client are a manufacturer and producer of high end quality equipment that is distributed internationally.
They are seeking a Sales & Shipping Co-ordinator that is responsible for managing all orders from beginning to end.
The role involves:
- Processing orders
- Organising shipments
- Invoicing and regularly communicating with customers, suppliers, couriers and colleagues regarding sales orders, shipments, payments, and invoice queries.
Essential experience:
- Working with customs and coordinating international shipments
- Managing the entire sales orders process from order placement to delivery
- Experience in ERP systems (Syspro 8 and/or Salesforce experience beneficial)
