My Client has a vacancy for a Sales administrator to process orders in their ERP system and provide cover for general administration duties in the Huntingdon office.
A working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, Outlook, Word will be beneficial. Further training will be provided if required.
This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis 4.5 day week. (a reduced hours contract will be considered for the right candidate) The salary scale full time £23,000 to £27,000.
The Role:
As the Sales Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
- Contract review of customer orders. to ensure accuracy of order content.
- Order entry directly into ERP system.
- Obtain quotes for OEM products, equipment and shipment costs.
- Update reports and database.
- Provide administrative support to sales team and Sales managers.
