My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the field-based sales team through sales order processing, sample preparation & liaising with customers to ensure orders are delivered on time. Excellent communication, attention to detail & organisational skills will be essential for any successful candidate. The role offers good potential to grow & develop within an expanding business.

Hours - 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

Salary - £24,000/£25,000 DOE

Duties include:

· Sales Order Processing (Domestic & Export)

· Sample preparation & despatch

· Courier & Haulage booking

· Liaising with Customers

· Working closely with the field-based sales team

· Liaising with warehouse despatch team

· General Admin Duties

· Flexible, motivated & proactive

· Excellent administration skills with attention to detail

· Be able to multi task

· Working knowledge MS Office

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written

· Experience in B2B environment
