My client, a leading water company, is on a mission to ensure sustainable water management while delivering excellence in operational data solutions. We're seeking a dynamic UX Consultant to join our team and drive innovative user-centric visualisation solutions. As a UX Consultant, you will work at the intersection of operational technology and user experience, designing intuitive visualisation solutions and conducting user research. Your focus will be on improving the monitoring of systems and assets that drive operational efficiency within our Datacore.


Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience working with OT data and integrating it into user-centric solutions.
• Strong familiarity with SCADA solutions, with a focus on monitoring and visualisation.
• Expertise in designing for visualisation platforms, particularly Ignition.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and apply findings to interface design.
• A creative and analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex user experience challenges.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces for monitoring systems and assets.
• Develop visualisation solutions using Ignition, tailored to SCADA environments.
• Leverage Operational Technology (OT) data to create meaningful and actionable user experiences.
• Conduct user research to understand end-user needs and translate them into effective designs.
• Optimise dashboards and visualisation tools for monitoring and managing Datacore systems.
